SCHOOL BRANCHES

INDIAN SCHOOL – SAHAM

Indian School Saham was inaugurated on 16th March 2018 by H.E Indra Mani Pandey, Ambassador of India to the Sultanate of Oman. Within two months of its opening 102 students enrolled for classes KG I to V; the School has presently nine teachers. In our primary section, besides academic excellence, equal weightage is given on nurturing strong values, caring for environment, maintaining physical and spiritual well-being and age appropriate emotional development. Our carefully designed curriculum would guide and support our kids to explore, absorb and learn from natural surroundings – be it home, school or otherwise.

All parents would like to see their wards study in a safe, clean and happy environment, where they can gain physical independence, internalize early concepts, become self-reliant and experience pleasurable learning in groups through the play-way method. Keeping this requisite in mind, IS Saham has designed an activity oriented and skill based Primary Year Learning Curriculum which ensures that children’s curiosity is well nurtured, their talents and skills are polished and their happiness is always guaranteed.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The Indian School, Muladha is approved by the Ministry of Education, Sultanate of Oman and is permanently affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, India. The Medium of instruction in the School is English, with Hindi as the compulsory second language, Arabic is the additional language fulfilling the requirement of a third language by the Central Board of Secondary Education, Malayalam is optional.
